欢迎使用 LUER(以下简称「本应用」)。请您在使用前仔细阅读本协议。您下载、注册、登录或使用本应用,即表示您已阅读并同意受本协议约束。本协议与 《隐私政策》 共同构成您与我们之间关于使用本应用的约定。

一、服务说明

本应用是一款面向 iOS 用户的签到与社交辅助工具,核心功能包括但不限于:

您在动态、评论等功能中上传、发布的内容,由您自行负责。您声明对该等内容拥有合法权利或已获授权,且不会侵害任何第三方权益。

为使本应用提供服务、展示与必要的安全审核,您授予我们在全球范围内、非独占、免费、可转授权的许可,用于在本应用及相关服务中存储、复制、展示、传播您的 UGC,以及为遵守法律、执行本协议、处理举报与安全防护所必需的合理使用。

动态中的作者昵称等展示信息可能为发布时的快照;您修改昵称后,历史内容中的展示名不保证自动同步更新。

五、举报、审核与处置

您可在鹿友相关功能中对不当昵称等进行举报,在「动态」中对他人动态或评论进行举报。我们将在合理期限内进行核实,并依规则采取包括但不限于警告、删除内容、限制功能或账号等措施。

动态举报:经核实存在违规的,我们可删除该条动态;情节严重的,还可对账号采取进一步措施。为便于核对,您提交的举报及后台处理所依据的信息可能包含该动态的唯一标识(momentId)动态正文全文(或历史数据中的摘要字段)、被举报用户的账号与 UID举报类型说明提交时间等。对同一条动态,应用可能限制短时间内的重复举报次数,以减少滥用。

评论举报与删除规则以应用内实际能力为准:动态作者或评论发布者可能有权删除相应评论。

六、隐私、可见性与屏蔽

您可通过隐私设置控制部分信息的可见范围(例如是否对鹿友隐藏签到记录或动态、是否拒绝好友申请等)。您将某用户屏蔽后,双方互动与可见性将按应用规则调整(例如对方可能无法通过 UID 添加您,且动态流可能按规则过滤)。具体请参见 《隐私政策》 与应用内说明。

七、虚拟物品与应用内购买

本应用可能提供精力、忍耐力相关玩法或称号、背景等虚拟展示内容,以及通过 Apple 应用内购买(IAP)等方式获得的项目。虚拟物品的使用范围、有效期及是否可转移,以应用内说明与 Apple 政策为准。除法律另有强制性规定外,已完成的 IAP 一般不支持退款,如需帮助请通过 Apple 报告问题流程处理。

八、数据、备份与免责声明

您的数据主要存储于云端与本地;我们会采取合理措施保障服务稳定与数据安全,但因不可抗力、网络故障、第三方服务中断、设备丢失或您自身原因导致的数据丢失或泄露,我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。建议您重视账号安全并理解互联网服务存在固有风险。

九、账号注销

您可在应用内按流程申请注销账号。注销前通常需完成身份验证。注销后,我们将按 《隐私政策》 与应用内说明删除或匿名化处理您的账号相关数据;受技术与成本限制,不保证删除您曾发布的全部 UGC 或关联数据(例如历史动态是否全部清除以届时服务端策略为准)。注销不可逆,请谨慎操作。

十、协议变更

我们可能适时修订本协议。修订后,我们将在应用内公布或提示;若您在修订生效后继续使用本应用,即视为接受修订后的协议;若您不同意,请停止使用并注销账号。

十一、适用法律与争议

本协议的订立、效力与解释,适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律(仅为本协议目的)。因本协议引起的争议,双方应友好协商;协商不成的,任一方可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Welcome to LUER (the “App”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. By downloading, registering, signing in, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement works together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of Services

LUER is an iOS app for check-in and related social features, including but not limited to:

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) and License

You are responsible for content you post in Dynamics, comments, and similar features. You represent that you have the rights or permission to post it.

To operate the App, display content, and maintain safety, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, copy, display, and distribute your UGC in the App and related services, and to use it as reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce this Agreement, handle reports, and protect security.

Author display names in posts may be snapshots at publish time; older posts may not reflect nickname changes.

5. Reporting, Review, and Enforcement

You may report inappropriate display names in friend-related features and report posts or comments in Dynamics. We will review reports and may warn, delete content, restrict features, or take account-level action.

Dynamics reports: confirmed violations may result in removal of the reported post. To verify reports, information may include the post’s unique ID (momentId), the full post text (or legacy preview fields), the reported user’s username and UID, report type, description, and timestamp. The App may limit repeated reports of the same post within a short window to reduce abuse.

Comment reporting and deletion follow in-app rules; post authors or comment authors may be able to delete comments as implemented.

6. Privacy, Visibility, and Blocking

Privacy settings may control visibility of check-ins, Dynamics, friend requests, and more. Blocking may limit discovery and how posts appear in feeds. See the Privacy Policy and in-app descriptions.

7. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

The App may offer virtual items (e.g., energy/endurance mechanics, titles, backgrounds) and Apple In-App Purchases. Scope, duration, and transferability follow in-app text and Apple policies. Unless required by law, completed IAP transactions are generally non-refundable; use Apple’s “Report a Problem” flow where applicable.

8. Data, Backups, and Disclaimer

Data is stored in the cloud and on device. We use reasonable safeguards, but we are not liable for loss or leakage caused by force majeure, network issues, third-party outages, device loss, or your own conduct, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account in the App after identity verification. We will delete or anonymize account data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee removal of every historical UGC item or related record—actual scope follows server policy at the time. Deletion may be irreversible.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement. Updates will be posted or prompted in the App. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the App and delete your account.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

For purposes of this Agreement, this Agreement is governed by the laws of mainland China. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; if that fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent court.
